About The Position

R&R Engineers Surveyors Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager ready to step into a key support role on civil engineering projects while developing toward full project leadership. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, contribute technically, and help keep projects on track from design through construction.

Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering
• EI required
• PE (CO) preferred
• Experience in land development and civil site design
• Proficiency in Civil 3D
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with permitting and agency coordination
• Leadership potential with a collaborative, client-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Coordinate teams, tasks, and day-to-day project activities
• Assist with site design (grading, utilities, drainage, permitting)
• Communicate with clients and agencies alongside Project Managers
• Help identify and resolve design or construction challenges
• Contribute to proposals, budgets, schedules, and billing support
• Review deliverables and support QA/QC efforts
• Mentor junior staff and assist with team coordination
