Assistant Program Director
About The Position
The Assistant Program Director assists in directing and coordinating assigned aspects of case management and programming. The role ensures compliance with the overall program’s established policies and procedures and timely completion of reporting requirements. The Assistant Program Director also helps supervise program staff by providing therapeutic guidance. The position is at Crestwood Champion Healing Center, a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center in Lompoc, California. The campus offers trauma-informed recovery programs and a continuum of care for people with significant mental health issues.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, including at least one year in a mental health setting.
Nice To Haves
- An A.A., B.A., or B.S. degree in psychology, social work, LVN/LPT, or a field related to mental health is preferred.
