At the Alameda Boys & Girls Club, we inspire and enable all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. Our Club supports youth ages 6-18 through programs that support academic success, character and leadership, health and well-being, and workforce readiness. Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Assistant Program Director is expected to provide active leadership, sound decision-making and problem solving, and regular support to staff, youth, and parents in a trauma-sensitive environment. This role serves in a supervisory capacity when the Program Director is absent. This is a hands-on, on-the-floor role requiring consistent walking and standing during program hours.
