The Lipscomb Anesthesiologist Assistant Studies Program is a 28-month Master of Science in Anesthesiology degree program dedicated to training Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants. This dynamic program is launching in August 2026 with an inaugural cohort of 24 students and is working toward initial accreditation through the Accreditation Review Commission for the Anesthesiologist Assistant (ARC-AA). The Assistant Program Director - Clinical Education & Simulation will be instrumental in establishing and managing the clinical education and simulation training components of this new program. This position will work closely with the Program Director to develop clinical site partnerships, coordinate student clinical rotations, and implement simulation-based training experiences. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced CAA to help build a program from the ground up and shape the clinical education of the next generation of anesthesia providers.
