Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the development and implementation of Law School programs including conferences, conventions, meetings and other program related events.
  • Assists in Identifying and pursuing ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative procedures used by students and faculty.
  • Provides operational and administrative support to Program Coordinators
  • Assists with tracking program expenditures
  • Responds to inquiries regarding program requirements.
  • Assists in developing promotional and communication materials which may include content for reports, briefings, newsletters, grants or other written information related to the program.
  • Coordinates logistical arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel.
  • Provides support to the Dean’s Executive Assistant as needed
  • Performs other related responsibilities as required.
