About The Position

The Department of Risk and Insurance at the Wisconsin School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position beginning in Fall 2027. A Ph.D. in actuarial science or a related quantitative field is required by the start date. Candidates with new or anticipated Ph.D. degrees should have research underway likely to result in one or more publications in top-tier journals, and presentation skills suggesting future excellence in teaching.
