About The Position

The College of Law at the University of Wyoming invites candidates to apply for either a tenure-track Assistant Professor or a non-tenure track Professor of Practice position. The role involves directing the Civil Legal Services Clinic during the academic year and potentially running the clinic during the summer. Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (Education).
• Demonstrated ability and appropriate experience in the field of law (Experience for Tenure-Track Assistant Professor).
• Distinguished professional career making a significant positive impact in the field of law (Experience for Professor of Practice).
• License to practice law in a US state bar association.
• Willingness to become licensed in the state of Wyoming.
• Eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship for work authorization or visas is not available.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to direct the Civil Legal Services Clinic and teach in other areas of the law curriculum.
• Experience in civil case litigation.
• Ability to teach at the College of Law and University level.
• Demonstrated commitment to producing University-level scholarship (for tenure-track consideration).

Responsibilities
