Data from student performance and course evaluations will be used to identify curricular improvement opportunities and collaborate with leadership to address gaps, redundancy, inconsistencies, sequencing, integration, and intentional reinforcement. The position also entails providing timely formative feedback, coaching, mentoring, and educational support to medical students, including individualized assistance for those needing extra help with clinical reasoning or skills. Participation in the recruitment, orientation, development, and calibration of faculty, residents, teaching assistants, standardized patients, and other instructors is expected, along with collaboration with simulation and standardized-patient personnel to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction and assessment. The role includes developing and maintaining learning objectives, instructional materials, assessments, course documentation, and other curricular resources.
