About The Position
The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at Yale School of Medicine seeks an outstanding candidate specializing in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS), at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. The role includes consultative gynecological hospital care and shared gynecology call coverage among division members. Inpatient obstetric coverage is not expected. The current clinical coverage area is Bridgeport and Greenwich, Connecticut. The candidate must demonstrate excellence in patient-centered, equitable, comprehensive clinical care and complex minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in general obstetrics and gynecology.
- Completion of an AAGL-accredited complex benign gynecology fellowship (formerly FMIGS).
- Demonstrated excellence in delivering patient-centered, equitable, comprehensive clinical care.
- Excellence in complex minimally invasive gynecologic surgery skills.
