About The Position
Required Qualifications Ph.D. in Geography or closely related field by the time of appointment. A demonstrated record of excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level. Demonstrated ability to teach geography and environmental studies courses including Our Dynamic Earth , Global Environmental Change , and Research Methods . Experience with student-facing problem solving. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to teach large-enrollment courses (50+). Experience handling student inquiries related to academic policies and program requirements. Demonstrated ability to interpret and explain institutional policies clearly. Experience supporting students through administrative processes.
