About The Position

This is a tenure-track faculty position with expectations for teaching on-campus full-time during the academic year. The responsibilities associated with this position include: teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of food and nutrition; engaging in research and scholarship activities; and engaging in service to the department, university and profession. Requirements

• Earned doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in food and/or nutrition related field, or ABD nearing completion with retention dependent upon completing the doctorate within one year of initial hire
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Effective and collaborative team member
• Eligibility to work in the United States on or before the effective date of appointment
• Authorization to work within the United States as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986

Nice To Haves

• Licensed or eligible for license in Wisconsin as a Registered Dietician
• Academic course teaching experience
