Graduate counseling faculty are responsible for providing high-quality education to students enrolled in the online MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program based at Eagle Pass. Faculty are expected to support program development, student retention, and CACREP accreditation efforts through high-impact teaching, service, and professional engagement. This is a non-tenure-track position focused on teaching and supervision if remote. Resident faculty with a terminal degree will be tenure track. Reasonable availability to students via virtual office hours, email, and phone is expected. Participation in CACREP accreditation and regional licensure alignment is essential. Any qualifications to be considered in place of stated minimums, require the prior approval of the Human Resources Director. Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others; must exercise due caution and practice safe work habits at all times. This position is security sensitive.
