Assistant Professor of Clinical - Dermatology
About The Position
The University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, Department of Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery, has a position for an Assistant Professor of Clinical - Dermatology. This individual will focus on general dermatology with a specialization in reactions to cancer treatments at the University of Miami, Dr. Phillip Frost Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery clinical location. The role is 100% clinical effort. Responsibilities include sharing inpatient coverage and telehealth services for cruise lines with colleagues, participating in educational conferences, department meetings, and engaging in scholarly work and administrative functions within the department.
Requirements
- Must be a Florida licensed M.D.
- Fully trained in Dermatology-board-certified or board-eligible
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work efficiently and independently as part of a collaborative group

Responsibilities
- See general dermatology with a focus on reaction to cancer treatments
- Share in inpatient coverage

- Generate sufficient funds to cover professional income practice expenses
- Contribute to the Department of Dermatology for each fiscal year
