About The Position
The Jess and Mildred Fisher College of Science and Mathematics at Towson University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Mathematics Education position in the Mathematics Department. Requirements
- Ph.D. (or equivalent) in Mathematics Education, Mathematics (with significant work experience in Mathematics Education), Curriculum and Instruction (with focus in Mathematics Education), or a closely related field, before August 15, 2027.
- Strong research background.
- Potential for external funding.
- Excellent teaching skills.

Responsibilities
- Teach five course units per academic year (three credit hours each).
