About The Position

The department teaches courses ranging from general education through graduate-level mathematics and supports the college’s engineering programs, in addition to serving mathematics majors. Faculty research strengths include applied and computational mathematics, mathematics of materials, finite group theory, geometric combinatorics, and mathematics education. Research is not required for this position, though the successful applicant is welcome to participate in research efforts.

Requirements

• At least an M.S. in mathematics or a closely related field.
• Eligible to work in the USA.

• Experience teaching entry-level college mathematics.
• Experience coordinating multi-section courses.
