About The Position

The Department of Neurology at Emory University School of Medicine is seeking outstanding candidates for faculty positions in Neurology. This is an evergreen posting intended to build a pool of qualified applicants for current and future Assistant Professor opportunities across the department. Emory University Neurology is seeking an Assistant Professor for the Epilepsy Center. Our Level 4 Epilepsy Center serves patients from a multistate region using cutting-edge technologies and surgical treatment options. Our center includes a busy eight-bed adult Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU), ICU EEG, intraoperative monitoring (IOM), epilepsy surgery services, and an outpatient clinic. The EMU performs long-term video EEG monitoring, allowing neurologists to determine the best treatment options. Patients and providers also have access to our unmatched Neurodiagnostics Lab, which offers advanced diagnostic testing that supports comprehensive patient care. The Emory Epilepsy Center provides the highest level of epilepsy care in Georgia and the Southeast. We are a leader in pioneering research, advanced technologies, and surgical treatments for epilepsy. Offering innovations such as responsive neurostimulation (RNS), laser ablation, and deep brain stimulation (DBS), the center combines advanced diagnostic tools with groundbreaking therapies to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
