About The Position

The Department of Civil Engineering and Construction at Bradley University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor or Lecturer level in Construction. This is an on-campus faculty position with a primary focus on teaching and developing undergraduate and graduate courses, supervising students, engaging in service, and/or participating in scholarly activities. We are a committed, student-centered program in Central Illinois that prioritizes accessible undergraduate education, effective pedagogy, and an inclusive learning environment. Requirements

PhD in Architecture, Construction Management, or other appropriate field
Master’s degree in architecture or construction management
Relevant industry or teaching experience
Broad background in construction management or architecture, including estimating, scheduling, project management, safety, surveying, sustainability
Proficiency in computer software applications such as CADD
Ability to teach other civil engineering or construction courses as needed
