The Biology Department at Carthage College invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Biology position in Biology with a focus on Cell Biology starting August 15, 2027 or possibly January 15, 2027. The successful candidate will join an expanding Biology Department to teach courses in Introductory Biology, Advanced Cell Biology and as well as other upper-level biology courses based upon their area of expertise. Carthage College is located on the shore of Lake Michigan in the thriving Chicago-Milwaukee corridor, blending liberal arts traditions with desirable degree programs, transformative learning opportunities, and personal attention from dedicated faculty and staff.
