About The Position
KTVO is seeking a full-time News Production Assistant.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Experience is not necessary, but education and/or internship in television or related field preferred.
- Prefer experience in News Production but will train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Operate Control Room equipment (Audio Console, Video/Graphics Playback, Video Switcher, etc.) for our (Morning, Evening, Weekend) Newscasts
- Editing News Video and Graphics
- Assisting News Department with on-location video captures, live shots, photography, etc.
- Assisting Web Department with Social Media and other tasks
- Other duties as assigned
