About The Position

The Assistant Branch Manager will assist in the management of day-to-day operations and execution of Rigging, Sales, and Synthetics departments. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in industrial production management.
  • Basic knowledge of reading English, writing and basic math.
  • Must be willing and able to work more than 40 hours per week.
  • Must be able to solve adaptive challenges.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Must be able to demonstrate great team behavior and must be willing to promote an effective team-oriented environment.
  • Must be organized, efficient, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent attendance a must.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen.
  • Ability to pass a background check with MVR (must be at least 25 years old or have 7 years of driving history with an acceptable driving record to be added to our auto policy)

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for quality, timely, and safe fabrication of products and services for customer orders.
  • Help in the scheduling and prioritize work orders to fabricate and deliver customer orders on time effectively and efficiently.
  • Understand the production schedule and review continuously to ensure on-time schedule.
  • Maintain high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established standards.
  • Identify, and recommend, changes to improve productivity, reduce cost and scrap and rework.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area which includes the warehouse, fabrication area, shipping and receiving, and all areas where shop equipment or product is stored.
  • Must be able to perform all tasks such as product assembly and fabrication.
  • Accountable for quality control of all out-going products.
  • Review paperwork to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Exercise judgment and discretion alone, and in conjunction with others in the day-to-day operations of the overall production process.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned and required.
  • Become competent and certified to operate forklift in all warehouse defined situations.
