About The Position

Requirements

Proven experience in paper manufacturing, with at least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the daily operations of the paper machine department.
Collaborate with the Production Manager to plan, organize, and optimize production schedules to meet output targets.
Monitor and maintain product quality standards in accordance with company specifications.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to minimize defects and ensure consistent product excellence.
Uphold and enforce all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
Conduct safety audits and lead safety training initiatives for team members.
Provide leadership and guidance to production personnel, ensuring proper training and adherence to procedures.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to enhance productivity.
Oversee routine maintenance activities for paper machine equipment, coordinating with the maintenance department as needed.
Address equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
