The Assistant Product Manager supports the execution of marketing and product initiatives across digital, commercial, and sales enablement channels. This role partners with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to deliver marketing programs, manage tools and systems, and support product launches and lifecycle activities. The position combines hands‑on marketing execution with exposure to product marketing, market research, and go-to-market coordination. What You'll Do: Execute day‑to‑day marketing operations across digital channels, including websites, email, paid media, social media, and integrated campaigns. Create and manage marketing content and communications for email, digital advertising, social platforms, product notices, and sales materials. Support marketing automation, CRM, and reporting efforts, including campaign execution, performance tracking, and analytics. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing and promotional initiatives. Manage marketing and sales enablement tools and systems, including PIM, SalesNet, customer/product data requests, and shared inboxes. Provide sales and event support, including samples, giveaways, trade show coordination, logistics, and Salesforce lead uploads. Support product marketing initiatives such as product launches, lifecycle updates, pricing communications, and market and competitive research. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of product and marketing fundamentals, including product lifecycle management, market research, and pricing strategy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25–35% as business needs require.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, digital marketing tools, and performance reporting or analytics platforms preferred.
  • Exposure to POS, shipment, or market data tools (e.g., IRI, NPD, or similar) is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
