The Assistant, Product Management and Sourcing generally supports one or two departments in partnership with an Associate or Manager. This role plays a supportive and collaborative part in the product process, contributing to execution and operational excellence rather than owning product selection or product strategy. The role consists of significant administrative and operational responsibilities, including extensive data entry, order tracking, and maintaining accurate internal records. Create and update PowerPoint presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, and other internal documents to support cross-functional alignment and reporting. Work collaboratively with merchandising to track product details, sample movement, and key milestone updates. Support day-to-day coordination activities such as sample management, organizing information, routing materials for approval, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
