About The Position

We re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Apparel Product Developer to own the development process from concept through production. This role is critical in translating design vision into best-in-class product balancing aesthetics, quality, cost, and speed. You ll partner closely with design, production, and overseas vendors to bring collections to life in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. This is an opportunity to be deeply embedded in product at a brand that values design, speed, and quality equally. You ll have real ownership and impact on what reaches the market. This is a full-time, in-office role based at our corporate headquarters in Las Vegas, NV. We are building a highly collaborative, hands-on team and are looking for someone excited to be part of that environment.

Requirements

  • 3 6+ years of apparel product development experience (fashion or premium lifestyle preferred)
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and washes
  • Experience working with overseas factories (China preferred)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple styles simultaneously
  • Strong eye for detail and product quality
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills across teams and vendors
  • Ability to commute to Las Vegas, NV
  • 3+ years of Retail Apparel & Fashion experience
  • Valid driver s license
  • Comfortable working onsite
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in licensed apparel or sportswear
  • Background in elevated basics, knits, or outerwear
  • Experience with PLM systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage product development from initial concept through production handoff
  • Partner with design to execute vision while ensuring feasibility and cost targets
  • Source fabrics, trims, and washes aligned with brand standards
  • Communicate daily with overseas factories and vendors
  • Track and manage development timelines and key milestones
  • Review and approve samples (fit, construction, quality, and aesthetic)
  • Lead fittings and implement revisions with precision
  • Build and maintain detailed tech packs and BOMs
  • Troubleshoot development issues and proactively problem-solve
  • Ensure product meets quality, margin, and delivery targets
