Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or science
  • 3+ years of business experience in commercial, strategy, engineering or technical areas
  • Knowledge of marketing, business analysis and commercial operations
  • Well organized, process oriented, and has systematic approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrated track record of leading multinational teams and managing projects

Responsibilities

  • Develop market insights through strategic assessments of the market, customers, competitors, and CET capabilities.
  • Create effective product line vision, strategy, critical projects, roadmaps, and plans.
  • Help define next gen product requirements and champion those projects.
  • Drive cross functional teams to deliver the strategy and product line P&L goals.
  • Provide and maintain sales tools (e.g. value proposition presentation, product offering) to customer-facing organizations to ensure effective deployment of product line strategy.
  • Interpret customer needs and provide key input/decision for capacity planning through forecasting and demand management process; manage priorities and constraints; optimize short term demand/supply, monitor inventory and SLOB.
  • Establish product pricing strategies and manage requests below strategy.
  • Deliver timely, effective maintenance of business support required of customers across functional organizations.
  • Monitor Product Line Performance and lead/support business process improvements.
