The Assistant Principal serves as a member of the administrative team to develop and implement the total school program. This role involves assisting in the implementation of student orientation and registration, developing school goals and objectives, and planning the instructional program. The Assistant Principal provides direction to staff, evaluates the school program and staff, and initiates improvements. They are also involved in setting budget priorities, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating co-curricular programs. Additionally, this role involves disseminating information about disciplinary policies, maintaining open communication, promoting positive student attitudes, and supervising auxiliary services and inventory of supplies, textbooks, and equipment.
