The Assistant Principal serves as the educational assistant of the school, supporting educational plans, programs, and services. They assist the principal in implementing district programs, policies, and procedures by demonstrating professional leadership, assessing and communicating learning results, possessing knowledge of content, reflecting on teaching and learning, designing and planning instruction, collaborating with colleagues, parents, and others, creating and maintaining a learning climate, engaging in professional development, implementing and managing instruction, and demonstrating the implementation of technology.
