Responsibilities

Oversees Curriculum and Instruction
Observing in Classrooms
Oversee Testing Coordinator
Disaggregates all data to identify trends and needs for intervention strategies
Supervises and collaborates with coaches to meet curriculum goals for campus
Plans and organizes PD opportunities for campus that are focused on curriculum and instruction
Supports, Supervises, and Evaluates procedures for MTSS/ESE/GIFTED/504/ELL
NESS Coordinator
Cambridge Coordinator
Monitor fidelity of Cambridge traits and strategies in the classrooms
Assist teachers with instructional strategies support
Assists with faculty supervision and evaluation
Hiring Assistance by participating in interviews
Collaboration with testing coordinator on School-Wide Testing and Data Plan
Advanced Placement Coordinator with College Board (high school only)
Manages and communicates all information regarding Retention/Portfolios, including credit recovery for middle and high school
Facilitates/Supports PLCs
Attends District and CSA Meetings
Member of PSLT
Attendance Committee Chair
Title IX Coordinator
Threat Assessment Team Member
Safety Meetings Coordinator
Safety Alert System Coordinator (Centegix/Safer Watch/RAVE)
EdTech Liaison with IT department
Collaboration on Pre-Planning Activities and Delivery of PD
Summer learning program Coordinator (SAIL Program)
FAST/EOC Tutoring Program coordinator
Assist principal in setting goals and strategies for CHOICE Plan
Orients new teachers to content area and coordinates training with instructional coaches
Meets with department heads and lead teachers to ensure compliance with standards
Completes textbook inventory
Assist teachers in creating PMP for students
Assist teachers in creating portfolios for documentation of student performance
Monitor weekly tutorials in Math, Language Arts, Reading and Science
Attends District meetings specific to AP in charge of scheduling and provides appropriate staff members with updated information as needed
Works closely with Principal on master schedule
Attends formal and informal meetings with teachers as necessary
Communicates with parents concerning curriculum and teacher concerns
Acts as Administrator in charge in absence of Principal
Assists in safety inspections and safety drill practice activities
Works with Facilities Coordinator to ensure transportation, custodial, cafeteria and other support services are provided when needed
Maintains discipline for assigned grade levels
Assists in enforcing compulsory attendance laws
Assists with the requisition of textbooks and other materials for assigned grade levels
Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as the principal/director may from time-to-time assign
