Assistant Preschool Director
About The Position
The Primrose School at Moorefield Station in Ashburn, VA, recently voted Ashburn's #1 Preschool, is currently seeking an Assistant Preschool Director. As an Assistant School Director, you’ll be dedicated to the success of our next generation, committed to creating a safe, healthy environment and a culture where all children and team members can thrive. Nurture a child’s first five years by creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children, cultivating an environment committed to health and safety, learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire, managing the operation of the school in the Director’s absence, and assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study
- Two years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a licensed preschool or childcare facility
Nice To Haves
- Teaching experience in a licensed preschool is preferred but not required.
