About The Position

The Assistant Preschool Daycare Teacher helps create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. The role includes managing the classroom, implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum, and using its characters and resources to make learning fun. Teachers communicate with parents about children’s activities and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions, and build relationships with families and coworkers to support an environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Requirements

• At least six months of professional teaching experience is required.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must meet applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

• One year of professional teaching experience.
• An associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field.
