About The Position

ResiHome is the property management division of RESICAP, a leading solution for institutional owners of single-family homes. We are known for our innovative, adaptable, and energetic culture. This role is a corporate office-based position requiring on-site work at our Atlanta office. The Assistant Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing property and team management functions in a designated market, interacting with and building relationships with residents from the earliest stages, and ensuring they are delighted with first-class customer service from day one. While this role does not have direct reports, it involves significant interaction with residents and managing various aspects of property operations to ensure resident satisfaction and financial goals are met.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in Property Management or related field
  • Ability to deal effectively with diverse situations
  • Proficient with technology utilizing Microsoft office suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, as well as the Google Suite
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to excellence and achieving goals
  • Must be a team player, reliable and organized.
  • Must be professional energetic and positive.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude for managing multiple daily tasks and longer-term strategic projects; capable of prioritizing and meeting timelines set by management

Nice To Haves

  • Active real estate license in the state of placement is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent in a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Handle resident issues/concerns, including maintenance issues, to ensure Resident satisfaction
  • Maximize revenue, minimize expenses, maximize resident experience, and achieve financial goals for homes in the assigned market
  • Resolve past-due balances for assigned Residents
  • Achieve the highest level of annual renewals and rent escalation as possible
  • Follows all terms of Fair Housing, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the American with Disabilities Act, and any other pertinent laws
  • Provide outstanding customer service by attending resident move-in/move-out needs and responding to requests in a professional and timely manner; handling in-field duties as necessary
  • Coordinating with the compliance team involving HOA/Code enforcement communications
  • Other duties as assigned
