About The Position
This position assists the Assistant Aquatics Manager and the Aquatics Manager with day-to-day responsibilities. One could plan to supervise head lifeguards and lifeguards, deal with disciplinary issues of staff, lifeguard at times, and other administrative duties.
Requirements
- Current Red Cross lifeguard certification
- Current CPR certification
- Current First Aid certification
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work with the public and other Legacy employees
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Good general health
- Pass a pre-employment background and drug test
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of work in aquatic facility management
- LGIT certifications
- WSIT certifications
Responsibilities
