Assistant Pool/Beach Manager
About The Position
The Assistant Pool/Beach Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the pool and restaurant in absence of the F&B Manager. To assist F&B Manager in ensuring all staff adhere to Four Seasons standards. They will assist in overseeing all facets of the outlet. The Pool Assistant Manager must maintain and control a high level of guest service. This position requires Lifeguard and CPR Certification They are also responsible for the hiring, training, supervising and disciplining of the staff. You are also responsible for providing help in other F&B departments or outlets as needed to offer supervision and coverage.
Requirements
- Strong Food and Beverage experience
- Thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting
- One to two years of previous employment in a related position
- Lifeguard and CPR Certification
