About The Position

This requisition is exclusively for candidates attending our Onsite Hiring Event on August 6, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST at 8313 Triad Dr, Greensboro, NC 27409. The Assistant Operator will work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity, decreasing downtime, and reducing waste. This role involves receiving and following directions from the Operator and/or Supervisor, assisting with machine setup, quality checks, and general maintenance.

Requirements

• Must attend hiring event on August 6th (8 AM - 5 PM EST).
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to stack parts up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.
• Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
• Receive and follow directions from the Operator and/or Supervisor.
• Assist machine operator to set up orders, mount printing and cutting dies, ink adjustments, and ensure quality checks are performed before, during and upon completion of each order.
• Inspect machine during run and notify Operator when acceptable parts are not being produced.
• Assist in cleanup of equipment.
• Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
