Requirements

  • Must attend the hiring event on August 6th (8 AM - 5 PM EST).
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • 6+ months of prior experience operating a forklift.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime on short notice, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, around machinery, and heavy forklift traffic.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a PCA certified forklift license.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Operate wrapping equipment when necessary.
  • Maintain an orderly stock and materials area.
  • Document materials unloaded and removed from trucks.
  • Pull jobs for production, process inbound forms, and perform inventory tags and counts for received or shipped materials.
  • Assist other shipping and receiving material handlers with workload balancing, warehouse organization, and general cleaning.
  • Adhere to all rules and procedures for safe and efficient forklift operation, including reporting any missing, broken, bent, or worn forklift parts to a supervisor and/or maintenance.
  • Identify any obvious defects in incoming materials.
  • Comply with all safety and work rules, company policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned, which may change with or without notice.

  • Starting salary of $20 per hour.
