This position will assist Helena Market Operations Manager with all operational duties. This position is responsible for reporting, analyzing, reviewing, decisioning, reconciling and completing all back office operational concerns regarding operations functions, processes, items and accounts for the Helena Market branches in a timely and concise manner. This position is responsible to assist Operations Manger for the general human resource needs as the liaison to the HR department, Security Officer, required regulatory training trainer, building and grounds management. Position will serve as backup to the Operations Manager and work on coordinating front line service with accurate and compliant account boarding/closing, data entry and item processing and other operational concerns. This position will include other operational duties and responsibilities as required and directed.
