About The Position

Mustang Disaster CleanUp is looking for a full-time Assistant Operations Coordinator to help keep our team running smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience for our customers. This role is more than just a desk job; you will work closely with field teams, coordinating jobs, solving problems, and keeping everything on track. This role can be exciting, challenging, and rewarding, ensuring you will not be bored. We are a full-service cleaning and restoration company serving South Dakota and Central Iowa, specializing in disaster cleanup (fire, smoke, water, flood, mold, biohazard) and non-disaster services like commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, and duct cleaning.

Requirements

  • Friendly, upbeat personality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with basic computer systems and office software
  • Confidence to speak up and hold others accountable (nicely) when needed
  • Reliable and takes ownership
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience in dispatching/scheduling
  • Previous office / administrative experience
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to speak professionally to customers
