About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Assistant Office Manager/Bookkeeper to support our daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, efficient, and enjoys keeping a busy dealership running smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • Previous dealership or automotive office experience preferred
  • Experience with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Daily dealership accounting - assist with routine accounting tasks
  • Reconcile schedules, bank accounts, and statements
  • Process AP/AR and general ledger entries
  • Assist with payroll and employee - related administrative functions
  • Support inventory management and month-end closing
  • Provide backup support for title and registration and other office functions
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations
