About The Position
This is a full-time position requiring knowledge of all aspects of patient care services. The Assistant Nursing Manager (ANM) is required to assist and support the Director by supervising, planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling activities. The Nurse Manager is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the department and the optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ progressive management experience in an acute health care setting.
- Knowledge of Florida Nurse Practice Act, Joint Commission and AACVPR/CMS requirements.
- Knowledge of infection control practices.
- Knowledge of quality improvement practices.
- Current BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association.
- Current ACLS certification approved by the American Heart Association.
- Valid FL RN License.
Nice To Haves
- BS in nursing or health-related field preferred.

Benefits
- Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.
