About The Position
The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who uses critical thinking skills to coordinate clinical activities within the department and collaborates with other members of the health care team. The role directly and indirectly supervises the care provided by all department staff members and assumes house supervision duties as assigned. The position is full time on the day shift. Qualified candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, paid over 24 months.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent.
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a Basic EKG course.
- Certifications specific to areas of expertise.
- 2–3 years of RN experience in a clinical area.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
