About The Position

The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who uses critical-thinking skills to coordinate clinical activities within the Department and collaborate with other members of the health care team. The role directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by department staff and assumes house supervision duties as assigned. The position is for the PACU and is scheduled for day shifts. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent.
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a Basic EKG course.
• Certifications specific to areas of expertise.
• 2–3 years of RN experience in a clinical area.

• BSN preferred.
