About The Position

The Assistant Director oversees the day-to-day operation of the department/s. This includes assistance with supervision of all personnel of procedures, ordering of supplies and equipment, and managing the schedules. Requirements

• Academic degree in nursing required (bachelor's or master's degree).
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field required (health administration, business, public health, or management).
• 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.
• Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
• AHA BLS.
