The Assistant Nurse Operations Manager (ANOM) in the Level II NICU plays a critical leadership role, working alongside the Nursing Operations Manager to oversee 24/7 operations. This role ensures smooth patient flow and exceptional care for neonates. Responsibilities include leading recruitment, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations, promoting quality improvement initiatives, serving as a role model and mentor, and collaborating with HR, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and staff engagement. The position is full-time at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies in Orlando, FL, within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) – Level II.
