About The Position

This role involves leading and empowering nursing teams by directing daily operations, conducting evaluations, and mentoring staff to foster a high-performing, supportive clinical environment. The position optimizes daily patient access and care quality by assessing patient needs in real time and ensuring clinical objectives translate into exceptional bedside outcomes. It also streamlines clinical workflows through strategic task delegation, continuously monitoring staff proficiencies to maximize both team strengths and operational efficiency, and drives quality improvement and safety by auditing clinical processes and collaborating with leadership to develop innovative, patient-first standards of care.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
