About The Position
Baptist Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to join their innovative Hospital at Home program. This program allows patients to complete their hospital stay at home, utilizing remote patient monitoring, technology kits, and communication devices. A 24-hour command center, staffed by nurses, virtually monitors patients, with contracted personnel providing in-home care when necessary. This role is crucial in redefining healthcare delivery by bringing care directly to patients through virtual assessments.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Workplace Violence Certification - Required
- Registered Nurse (RN) - State Nursing Boards Required
- Associate of Science in Nursing Required
Nice To Haves
- Post- Surgical Nursing Experience Preferred
- Medical Surgical Experience Preferred
Responsibilities
- Overseeing, directing, and providing care to patients requiring immediate treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical and minor injuries or illnesses.
