Apply the leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside to support a highly specialized Level III NICU team; lead a team that delivers complex, compassionate care to our tiniest patients. Coordinate patient care, foster staff development, drive performance improvements, and ensure operational efficiency. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of Science in Nursing (BSN or MSN)
  • RN – Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California
  • BLS – Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)
  • NICRNC - Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse required within 6 months of hire or transfer into position
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire or transfer into position
