About The Position
The RN Assistant Nurse Manager - Labor and Delivery will report to the unit director/manager as a professional Registered Nurse. This role utilizes the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within the assigned shift. The Assistant Nurse Manager will support the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit, providing managerial presence for all shifts and overseeing and leading the team of nursing clinicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree - Graduate from School of Nursing (BS or BSN).
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 2 years RN experience in a dedicated Labor and Delivery unit.
- 2 years Charge Nurse experience.
