As ANM, you will utilize your leadership skills to enhance organization, workflow, procedures and the ability to provide exceptional patient care in an ambulatory setting. You will support RNs, MAs, LPNs, Schedulers and other caregivers by covering everything from assisting with care activities to monitoring daily outpatient operations. In this role, not only can you make a difference in the lives of patients and their families but also your fellow caregivers. A caregiver in this position works shifts of 2 weekday nights +1 weekend shift per week between 5:30pm and 6:30am.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing
  • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Or the American Red Cross
  • Two years of RN experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee nursing personnel and patient care providers in the clinical setting.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure quality and safe patient care.
  • Anticipate and resolve patient care and personnel issues.
  • Assure maintenance of annual staff competencies and continuing education.
  • Performs duties of the RN Ambulatory as needed.
  • Collaborate with Care Coordinators to ensure smooth and effective transition of care.
  • Participate and/or coordinate committees, task forces, continuous improvement activities and department leadership meetings.
  • Assumes responsibilities of the Clinical Manager as needed.
  • Monitor daily operations of outpatient clinics.
