Requirements

• Strong software skillset...computer savvy.
• Experience with working with a cross-functional group of engineers, analysts and support staff.
• Knowledge of transport backhaul networks.
• Knowledge and experience with the following applications.
• Understanding of network backhaul facility layout including equipment layout.
• Knowledge of Carrier Network equipment
• 1-3 years in Telecommunications.
• 1-3 years experience in Transport circuit design

Nice To Haves

• Experience working on large scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Transport inventory database data fill.
• Work with Sub-Market Transport Engineers to ensure equipment/paths/segments/work orders are created in CND database to document Transport design and initiate work to proceed.
• Work with Sub-Market Transport Engineers to ensure FUZE datafill is updated to reflect Transport status/progression/design.
• Assure that standards and procedures are being adhered to.
• Assist Sub-Market Transport Engineers with updating/tracking Transport initiatives.
• Interface with departments including Operations and project management team.
