About The Position

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM) to support the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in ensuring the success of the sales office. The ANSM will be responsible for greeting prospects, understanding their needs, and showcasing available homes. This role involves maintaining sales and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy on the website and MLS, and communicating with homebuyers throughout the purchasing process. The ANSM will also interact with corporate marketing for neighborhood events and announcements, and contribute to achieving neighborhood sales goals while providing high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet prospects and appointments at the model home or sales office.
  • Assist the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in setting up the sales office for success.
  • Learn prospect needs and show available homes.
  • Maintain and organize brochure material.
  • Audit sales and marketing materials, including the website, for accuracy.
  • Communicate with homebuyers regarding home progress and loan information.
  • Interact with corporate marketing to announce neighborhood events.
  • Submit listing information for homes on StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.
  • Ensure the neighborhood looks great and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Help achieve the neighborhood sales goal.
